At Joestylista™, we strive to provide you with high-quality apparel. If you receive a damaged item, please review our policy for returning damaged goods.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged, worn, altered, or customized. Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Report the Damage: Contact our customer service team at salles@joestylista.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item(s).
- Receive Return Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item(s): Package the damaged item(s) securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item(s), we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Replacement: If your item is damaged, you may request a replacement. We will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once the damaged item is returned.
